青岛市口腔医院

青岛市口腔医院始建于1987年，是一所集医疗、教学、科研、预防及康复为一体的三级甲等口腔专科医院，承担着青岛市一千万人口及周边地区居民的口腔疾病预防保健和医疗救治工作。该院为山东省临床重点专科，拥有省级重点学科2个，市级攀峰学科1个、重点学科2个。目前为青岛大学附属医院，国家住院医师规范化培训基地，中华口腔医学会继续教育东部试点基地，潍坊医学院教学医院，中国海洋大学实践教学基地、全日制研究生联合培养基地，南京医科大学、滨州医学院实习基地，北京大学口腔医学院学科发展联合体，国家口腔疾病临床医学研究中心分中心、核心单位，山东省口腔疾病临床医学研究中心分中心，青岛市口腔医学会、青岛市口腔医学质量控制中心挂靠医院、青岛市口腔疾病临床医学研究中心牵头单位等。

医院总建筑面积23000平方米，下设云霄路门诊、宁夏路门诊、辽阳东路门诊三个分部。设置牙椅230台，编制床位50张，年门诊量35万人次。医院设置11个口腔临床专业科室，设置麻醉手术科、药剂科、检验科及放射科等4个辅助科室。口腔医学为山东省重点专科、青岛市攀峰学科；口腔预防医学为山东省首批医药卫生重点学科；口腔内科学、中西医结合牙周黏膜病防治中心为青岛市临床重点学科。

医院现有职工443人，其中专业技术人员428人，拥有高级职称61人，博士及硕士192人，硕士生、博士生导师18人，青年泰山学者1人，国家级学会常委和委员21人。拥有口腔锥形束CT、椅旁CAD/CAM、根管显微镜、水激光治疗仪等先进设备。配备中心实验室，明确了口腔菌群、口腔材料、口腔免疫三个研究方向，目前有博士后5名，博士2名。实验室下设细胞培养室、分子免疫检测室、基因检测室、材料室、口腔流调样本库等多个专业实验室。与中国海洋大学医药学院共建“口腔药物联合实验室”。与美国弗吉尼亚大学、北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校、美国罗彻斯特大学伊斯特曼口腔健康学院建立友好协作关系。在2021年度中国医院科技量值排行榜中，位列口腔医学26名，学科建设成效显著。

医院持续提高口腔常见病、多发病和疑难复杂疾病的诊治能力。开展涵盖数字化、舒适化、微创化、精准化等前沿领域的多项新技术。近三年开展关键技术占关键技术清单65％以上，关键技术病例占总治疗病例数比例≥85％。开设MDT多学科综合门诊和舒适化治疗门诊、美学工作室、心电监护门诊、老年口腔科、口腔治未病中心、疑难根管门诊、食物嵌塞门诊、颞下颌关节专病门诊、颜面发育不良专病门诊、儿童牙外伤专病门诊、儿童错颌畸形早期矫治专病门诊等特色专病门诊，为患者提供高质量、高效率的口腔医疗服务。

医院以防治结合为特色，建立了青岛市口腔健康教育基地，成为全国健康促进与教育示范基地、全国健康口腔指导中心，并作为优秀案例在第九届全球健康促进大会上展出。牵头青岛市大型公益口腔活动“青岛市儿童口腔疾病基本预防项目”、“青岛市60周岁以上低保无牙颌患者免费安装义齿项目”及“青岛市第一次口腔健康流行病学调查项目”等。口腔健康流行病学调查覆盖10个区市90个调查点，累计调查6733人次，摸清了青岛全域口腔健康本底资料。截至2022年底，免费窝沟封闭项目惠及全市86万余名青少年儿童，免费义齿项目为全市9万名低保老人进行口腔筛查。已建成儿童口腔疾病信息管理平台，目前在线患者10万余人。

Qingdao Stomatological Hospital (QSH), founded in 1987, is a class A stomatological hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, prevention, and rehabilitation, dedicating to provide the professional preventive care and medical health services of oral diseases for the 10 million citizens in the Qingdao city and the surrounding areas. It has a critical clinical specialty in Shandong Province, two provincial key disciplines, one municipal-level peak discipline, and two municipal-level key disciplines. It is recognized as the affiliated hospital of Qingdao University, Standardized Residency Training in China, Eastern Pilot Base of Continuing Education of Chinese Stomatological Association, Teaching Hospital of Weifang Medical College, the Practice Teaching Base of the Ocean University of China, Full-time Postgraduate Joint Training Base, Internship Base of Nanjing Medical University and Binzhou Medical College, Discipline Development Consortium of Peking University School of Stomatology, National Clinical Medical Research Center for Oral Diseases Branch Center, Core Unit, Shandong Province Oral Disease Clinical Medical Research Center Branch, Qingdao Stomatological Association, Qingdao Stomatological Quality Control Center Affiliated Hospital, Qingdao Oral Disease Clinical Medical Research Center Lead Unit.

QSH has a total construction area of 23,000 m2, distributed three branches: Yunxiao Road Clinic, Ningxia Road Clinic, and Liaoyang East Road Clinic, with a total of 230 dental chairs, 50 beds, serving 350,000 outpatient visits per year. QSH contains 11 dental clinical departments and four auxiliary departments: anesthesia and surgery, pharmacy, clinical laboratory, and radiology. Stomatology at QSH is a key specialty in Shandong Province and a peak discipline in Qingdao. Preventive dentistry at QSH is one of the first medicine and health key disciplines in Shandong Province. Oral Medicine and the Prevention and Treatment of Periodontal Mucosal Disease with Chinese and Western Medicine at QSH is a key clinical discipline in Qingdao.

QSH has 443 faculty and staff including 428 professionals or technicians. Among them, 61 have senior titles, 192 hold a degree of Ph.D. or MD, 18 are supervisors for master or PhD students, 1 holds the Young Taishan Scholar Award by Shandong Administration of Science and Technology, and 21 serve as members of the standing committee of national professional societies or members of national professional societies. Its dental clinics has been equipped with most advanced equipment such as oral cone beam CT, chairside CAD/CAM, root canal microscope, water laser treatment instruments, etc. QSH also has a central research laboratory where faculty members are mainly focusing on three key research and innovation themes: oral microbiome, oral materials, and oral immunity. The central research laboratory mainly includes five research sub-units: cell culture research, molecular immunoassay, genetics assay techniques, dental material, population oral-health biobanking. To mine highly effective oral drugs from marine resources, the "Joint Laboratory of Oral Drugs" was jointly established by DSH and the School of Medicine of the Ocean University of China. DSH also collaborates with the University of Virginia, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and the University of Rochester Eastman School of Oral Health, USA. It ranked 26th in the 2021 China Hospital Science and Technology Value Ranking in dentistry, with remarkable achievements recently in discipline construction.

QSH has been dedicated in improving the capabilities in diagnosing and treating common and multi-factor-derived diseases and intractable-and-complex diseases in oral cavity. We have been introducing many emerging technologies featuring digitalization, comfort, minimally invasive to patients, precision, and other cutting-edge fields. The key technologies applied at QSH in the past three years accounted for more than 65% of the list of all key technologies, and the fraction of cases that applied crucial technology to all cases in the dental clinic reached up to ≥85%. MDT multidisciplinary comprehensive clinic and comfort treatment clinic, aesthetic studio, cardiac monitoring clinic, geriatric stomatology department, oral treatment center, complex root canal clinic, food impaction clinic, temporomandibular joint special clinic, facial dysplasia special clinic, pediatric dental trauma special clinic, pediatric malocclusion early correction special clinic and other special clinics to provide patients with high-quality and efficient oral medical services.

To promote the combination of prevention and treatment, our hospital has established Qingdao Oral Health Education Base, which has become a National Oral-health Promotion and Education Demonstration Base and a National Oral Health Guidance Center and was exhibited as an oral-health education case of excellence in the 9th Global Health Promotion Conference. Our hospital has taken the lead in the "Qingdao Basic Prevention of Oral Diseases in Children Project", "Qingdao Free Prosthodontics Project for Low-Insurance Toothless Patients Over 60 Years Old" and "Qingdao First Oral Health Epidemiological Survey Project", etc. The oral health epidemiological survey covers 90 survey sites in 10 districts and cities, with a total of 6,733 people surveyed, and has mapped out the oral health background information of the whole Qingdao area. By the end of 2022, the Free Pit and Fissure Sealing Program benefited more than 860,000 children in Qingdao, and the Free Denture Program provided free oral examination for 90,000 low-income older adults. An online health medical information management platform for children's oral diseases has been established by QSH, which now had more than 100,000 registered patients.
