种植牙病例病案展示——电脑无创速导植牙
电脑无创速导植牙是利用口腔专用 电脑三维CT精确定位(DCT)。经DCT断层扫瞄, 医生把这些扫描数据输入电脑三维成型软件, 就能制作出可在屏幕上直观可视的三维种植体模型, 这样就可预知适宜种植的部位及种植深度,预知术后的种植效果以及制作最终修复体, 从而确保手术的精确度和治疗过程安全快捷, 快速安装最终义齿,一次性完成种植治疗。
Computer guided noninvasive implant: we use Three-Dimensional Computer Tomography(DCT) for dental use to the pvease location. Under the help of 3D molding software,doctors can use DCT to obtain a visual 3D mode of the Alveolar bone,which facilitate implant placement、previse the Prognosis、and restoration. In this way ,doctors make implant placement and the restoration more safely and more efficiently and perhaps finish the implant therapy in only one vist .
口腔专用电脑三维CT断层扫瞄后在电脑上精确再现颌骨的三维形态。模拟种植人工牙根可得知种植的深度与宽度,既精確又安全.
Using DCT to obtain a visual 3D mode of the Alveolar bone, which may help us to Simulate the implants' depth and diameter to make the implant placement more precise and safe.
2.制作外科导板

3.模拟种植体植入的示意图Surgical templates
前部: 3个固位钉将外科导板固定在牙槽骨上,预先设计好的人工牙根的位置准确无疑。上部: 是模拟的人工牙根。
The surgical template is fixed on the mandible by 3 retention Pins in the buccal side to make sure that the positon of the implant is precise.the mental in the superior shows the implants .
4.微创植入人工牙根 microinvasive implant placement.
在外科导板的指引下植入人工牙根。微创植牙不需要开刀手术, 仅需将牙龈打开一个微孔, 即可将人工牙根植入,术后几乎不会疼痛和肿胀. 而常规植牙在植入人工牙根前,需要将牙龈切开。
The figure shows the implant placement with the aid of a surgical template. Flapless dental implantation is a scalpel free technique , which obtain minimum invasive surgical approach by punch a small pore in the gingiva instead of incising it to reduce the pain and swell in the postoperative period.
5.术前制作的义齿

植入人工牙根后马上就可以安装永久义齿,大大减少了就诊次数和时间。
