威海市立医院口腔科

威海市立医院始建于1904年，原名“大英民医院”，1930年更名“威海卫公立医院”，1959年始称威海市立医院。经过100多年的发展，现已成为一所集医疗、教学、科研、急救、预防、保健、康复于一体的现代化三级甲等综合性医院，是国家首批住院医师规范化培训基地、全科医生临床培养基地、山东大学齐鲁医学院威海临床学院、山东大学附属医院（筹）、山东大学研究生实践基地、潍坊医学院硕士生培训基地、延边大学医学部教学基地和山东省护理出国人员培训基地。

1904년에 대영민병원(大英民病院)이란 명칭으로 설립된 웨이하이시립병원(威海市立病院)은 1930년에 '웨이하이웨이공립병원(威海衛公立病院)'으로 개칭되었다가 1959년에 웨이하이시립병원(威海市立病院)으로 명칭이 바뀌었다. 100여년의 발전을 거쳐 현재는 의료, 교육, 과학연구, 응급, 예방, 보건, 재활이 집약된 현대식 3급 갑등급 종합병원이 되었으며, 국가 최초의 레지던트 규범화 양성소, 전문의 임상양성기지, 산둥대 제로의대 웨이하이 임상학원, 빈주의대 부속병원, 산둥대 대학원생 실천기지, 웨이팡 의대 석사생 양성기지, 연변대 의학부 교육원과 산둥성 해외파견 간호사 양성기지이다.

Weihai municipal hospital was founded in 1904, formerly known as "British people's Hospital", renamed as "Weihaiwei public hospital" in 1930, and then named Weihai Municipal Hospital in 1959. After more than 100 years of development, it has become a modern tertiary comprehensive hospital integrating medical treatment, teaching, scientific research, first aid, prevention, health care and rehabilitation. It is one of the first batch of standardized training bases for residents, clinical training base for general practitioners, Weihai Clinical College of Qilu Medical College of Shandong University, and postgraduate practice of Shandong University. The base includes the training base for Postgraduates of Weifang Medical College, the teaching base of Medical Department of Yanbian University and the training base for nursing personnel going abroad in Shandong Province.

全院由总院区、南院区、西院区组成，共有职工近2600人，设置临床医技科室100余个，编制床位数1811张（另有1000张床位的新院区即将投入用）。全院年门急诊服务总量约150万人次 ，住院服务总量约8.9万人次，手术服务总量约3.7万人次。全院现建成为国家高级卒中中心、胸痛中心、房颤中心和心脏康复中心（建设单位）、中国心衰中心（建设单位）和高血压达标中心（建设单位）共6个，有山东省卫生与健康新技术培训基地2个，神经内科、消化内科、普外科、烧伤科、急诊科、临床护理、临床检验等山东省临床重点（建设）专科7个，山东省中医药临床重点专科1个（肿瘤科），山东省医药卫生重点学科1个，山东省医药卫生重点实验室1个，威海市临床医学研究中心3个，市级重点专科20余个，市级中医药建设单位1个，市级临床精品特色专科2个，健康管理（体检）、创伤、麻醉、护理等21个市级质控中心挂靠我院。

본원은 총원구, 남원구, 서원구 구성되며, 총 2,600명의 직원과  임상의과실 100개, 병상 1,811개 있다.  전체 외래 및 응급실적은 150만, 퇴원 환자는 8만9000명, 수술은 3만7000명이었다. 본원은 현재 국가고급 뇌졸증센터, 흉통센터, 심방세동센터, 심장재활센터(건설단위) 4개, 성급중점전문, 성급의약위생중점전공 등 7개, 시급중점전문 25개, 시급 중의약건설단위 1개, 시급임상정품특화전문 2개, 건강관리(검진), 외상, 마취, 간호 등 21개 시급(市级) 품질관리센터를 운영하고 있다. 

The hospital is composed of General Hospital District, South Hospital District, West Hospital District . There are nearly 2600 employees, 100 clinical medical technical departments and 1811 beds. The total number of outpatient and emergency departments in the hospital was 1.5million, the total number of discharged patients was 89000, and the total number of operations was 37000. At present, the hospital has 4 national advanced stroke centers, chest pain centers, atrial fibrillation centers and heart rehabilitation centers (construction units), 8 provincial key specialties and provincial key medical and health specialties, 25 municipal key specialties, 1 municipal construction unit of traditional Chinese medicine, 2 municipal clinical specialty specialties. About 21 Municipal Quality control centers including health management (physical examination), trauma, anesthesia, nursing and so on are attached to our hospital.

按照“院区一体化管理、同质化服务”的目标，市立医院南院区以工伤康复和肿瘤综合治疗为特色专科，拥有胶东地区最大的工伤康复中心，以放、化疗为主体的各类肿瘤综合性治疗已成为威海市及周边地区具有龙头地位的特色专科。市立医院西院区作为“韩国延世大学整形美容威海合作医院”，以皮肤医疗美容、甲状腺和乳腺外科为特色正在全面发展。

'통합된 일체화 관리로 동질화된 서비스 제공'을 목표에 따라 시립병원 남원구는 산재 재활과 종양 종합 치료를 특화하여 교동지역 최대의 산재 재활센터를 보유하고 있으며, 방사선치료와 항암화학치료를 주체로 하는 각종 종양 종합적인 치료는 이미 웨이하이시 및 주변지역 가운데서 선두적 지위를 가진 특화된 전문과가 되었다. 시립병원 서원구는 '연세대 성형미용 웨이하이 협력병원'으로 피부 의료 미용, 갑상선, 유선 외과의 특색으로 전면적으로 발전하고 있다. 

According to the goal of "Hospital District integrated management and homogeneous service", the Southern District of the municipal hospital has the largest industrial injury rehabilitation center in Jiaodong area with the characteristics of industrial injury rehabilitation and comprehensive cancer treatment. The combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy has become a leading specialty in Weihai and its surrounding areas. As the "Weihai cooperative Hospital of plastic surgery and cosmetology of Yonsei University of Korea", the West Hospital District of municipal hospital is developing in an all-round way with the characteristics of skin medical cosmetology, thyroid and breast surgery.

今年，威海市拉开了深化医疗卫生服务体系改革的大幕，其中以我院为牵头医院的威海市立医院医疗保健集团下辖五所市级公立医疗卫生机构和三个大型城市医共体，覆盖了全市约2/3的医疗资源。目前，按照市委市政府和卫健委决策部署，积极推动实现集团内人员使用、财务管理、物资管理、公卫管理、信息管理和质量管控的“六统一”，力争通过1—2年的努力，构建以威海市立医院为引领、市妇幼保健院等成员单位为辅助、影像检验等管理和服务中心为支撑的医疗服务综合体，充分发挥集团在疾病救治、专科服务、临床研究、人才培养、技术辐射、管理示范等方面的引领、示范和指导作用，努力实现区域医学技术前沿化、服务标准同质化、卫生资源共享化和内部管理一体化，打造技术高峰，提高服务水平。

웨이하이시는 올해 의료위생서비스제도 개혁을 심화시키기 위한 대대적인 노력에 착수했다. 그중 웨이하이시립병원을 선두 병원으로 하는 웨이하이시립병원 의료보건그룹 산하의 5개 시급 공립 의료위생기구와 3개 대형도시 의료공동체가 시 전체의 의료자원의 약 2/3를 담당하고 있다.

현재 시위시정부와 위생보건위원회의 결정·배치에 따라 그룹내 인력운용,재무관리, 물자관리, 공공보건관리, 정보관리와 품질관리의 '6대 통합'의 실현을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 향후 1~2년내에 웨이하이시립병원이 주도하고 시여성·아동보건원등의 구성원 기관이 보조하는 영상검진등 관리와 서비스센터를 지원하는 의료서비스종합체를 조성하는 노력에 힘쓰고 있으며, 의료서비스종합체는 응급진료, 전문진료, 임상연구, 인재육성, 기술 보급 및 경영시범 등 방면에서 선도·시범·지도적 역할에 만전을 기하고 지역의료기술의 첨병화, 의료서비스 표준화, 위생자원 공유화 및 내부관리 통합을 통해 기술적 최고점을 창출하고 서비스수준 개선을 위해 노력하고 있다.

  This year, Weihai City has embarked on a major effort to deepen the reform of its health care system. Weihai Municipal Hospital Medical and health group, with our hospital as the leading hospital, has five municipal public medical institutions and three large urban medical communities, covering about 2 / 3 of the city's medical resources.  At present, in accordance with the decision-making and deployment of the Municipal Party Committee, the municipal government and the health commission, we are actively promoting the "six unifications" of personnel use, financial management, material management, public health management, information management and quality control within the group, through the efforts of 1 ~ 2 years, we hope to construct a medical service complex, which is led by Weihai Hospital, assisted by the municipal maternal and child health care hospital and other member units, supported by image examination management and service center. The supported medical service complex will give full play to the leading, demonstrating and guiding role of the group in disease treatment, specialist services, clinical research, personnel training, technical radiation, management demonstration, etc., and strive to realize the regional medical technology cutting edge, service standard homogenization, health resource sharing and internal management integration, so as to create technical peak and improve service level.
