院长郑雷是美国加州大学的种植学硕士。现为中华口腔医学会会员、中国医师协会整形美容分会会员、香港大学的访问学者。接受过ITI国际种植团队的专业培训。专长于牙齿种植、美容和矫正。
院长孙铭是师从我国著名口腔病理学专家欧阳皆教授的硕士。在德国攻读了博士后，现又去美国学习专攻口腔修复专业。
整个医师队伍都是科班出身，具有多年的实践经验。每个人都是技有所长、术有专攻。专业助手也都是经过“四手操作”的专业培训，合格者才能上岗。

Dr. Zheng Lei, the managing director of Xinya dental clinic, holds his Master Degree of Implant Dentistry of University of California in USA. He is the member of Chinese Stomatological Association, the member of cosmetic surgery branch of Chinese Medical Association, the member of Korea DIO implant specialist team and the visiting scholar of the University of Hong Kong. Dr. Zheng also received professional training from International Team for Implantology. He is a certified dentist technician registered in China, specializing in orthodontics, implant and cosmetic dentistry. ,

Dr. Sun Ming, the managing director of Xinya dental clinic, is a famous oral pathology specialist. He was apprenticed to Professor Ouyang Jie, studied for his post doctorate in Germany. Now he specializes in prosthodontics in USA.
