在这篇文章中，我将介绍一例存在咬合不适症状、原治疗过程存在多处错误的根管再治疗病例。
如果我们缺乏根管治疗相关知识，没有将正确的技术和正确的工具相结合，那么可能会导致治疗中出现一些错误。

术前X线片显示，下颌第一磨牙的侧穿处有一较长的牙胶尖，在被遗漏的根管口处可见一器械分离，被复合材料覆盖。

去除侧穿的牙胶尖，可以看到牙胶尖周围的肉芽组织。

去除所有根管内原充填物，并通过X线片进行检查。（详细技术在视频中展示）

结论
临床医生必须对根管解剖结构、技术有足够的了解，并知道如何处理发生的错误。
